2. Data Collected and Purposes

Personal Data Collected:
When you use the website, UNTABLE may collect certain personal data about you. This data includes your name, surname, email address, and phone number. You provide this information voluntarily, for example, by filling out the contact form on the website. In addition, browsing data may be collected automatically via cookies (see the "Cookies" section below).

Purposes of Data Processing:
UNTABLE collects and uses your personal data only for specific, legitimate, and clearly defined purposes:

  • Responding to contact requests: The information you provide through the contact form (name, contact details, message) is used to contact you and respond to your inquiries.
  • Acquisition of new clients (commercial prospecting): Your contact details may be used to provide information about UNTABLE services that may interest you, subject to your prior consent when applicable.
  • Audience analysis and site improvement: Navigation data and analytical cookies (e.g., via Google Analytics 4) help us understand how visitors use the site, allowing us to improve its usability, content, and user experience.
  • Enhancing user experience: Some cookies may retain your preferences (language, display settings, etc.) to make navigation easier and personalize your experience on our website.

Legal Basis:
Depending on the nature of the processing, UNTABLE relies either on your consent (for example, for submitting contact forms or using non-essential cookies) or on its legitimate interest (for example, processing spontaneous requests and developing its customer base), all while respecting your rights and freedoms. When required by law, your consent will be obtained in advance (especially for analytical cookies, marketing, or email communications). You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 5 regarding your rights).

Data Hosting:
Data collected via the site is hosted on Webflow's servers (the site’s hosting provider). Webflow ensures the secure storage of your data on behalf of UNTABLE.

3. Use of Cookies

When browsing the UNTABLE website, cookies and trackers may be placed on your device. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser that allows us to recognize your device and remember certain information on each visit. We use a consent management solution (Finsweet cookie banner configured in Full GDPR Compliance mode) to inform you and obtain your prior consent for non-essential cookies. By default, no non-essential cookies are placed, and all corresponding scripts are blocked until you consent.

Types of Cookies Used on the Site:

  • Essential cookies: These cookies are necessary for the technical operation of the website and are activated by default. They allow, for example, you to log in to secure areas or balance the load on the site. Without these, the site cannot function normally. (These cookies do not require prior consent.)
  • Analytical cookies: These cookies are used to measure the website's traffic and performance. UNTABLE uses Google Analytics 4 to collect information about site visits (e.g., number of visits, pages viewed, browsing duration, etc.). These data help us understand how the site is used and where it can be improved. These cookies are only placed with your consent.
  • Marketing cookies: These cookies, enabled only with your consent, collect information to provide you with relevant targeted advertisements or communications on our site or third-party sites. They may come from advertising partners and are used to create a profile of your interests. Refusing these cookies will not affect your use of the site, but you will see less targeted ads.
  • Customization cookies: These optional cookies enhance the features and personalization of the user experience. For example, they may remember your choices (like preferred language or theme) or other customizable elements. Enabling them helps us tailor the site to your preferences. They are only placed with your consent.

Consent Management:
When you first visit the website, a consent banner will allow you to accept or decline non-essential cookies (analytical, marketing, customization). You can change your preferences at any time by clicking on the cookie preferences management button available on the site (always accessible). This management mechanism gives you full control over cookie placement.

4. Data Sharing and Recipients

No Sale of Data:
The personal data collected by UNTABLE is used exclusively for UNTABLE's activities. Under no circumstances will this data be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.

Recipients – Technical Service Providers:
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel within UNTABLE who need it to perform their duties (e.g., customer service or marketing staff). However, UNTABLE relies on certain external service providers for technical or organizational reasons. These subcontractors may process your data on behalf of UNTABLE, solely according to our instructions and in compliance with this policy. These include:

  • Webflow (website hosting and data storage);
  • HubSpot (Customer Relationship Management – CRM tool for organizing contact requests and managing leads/clients);
  • Google (Gmail or Workspace) for managing professional emails and email communications;
  • Google Analytics 4 (audience analysis service, see Cookies section) for collecting browsing statistics.

These service providers act as data processors under the GDPR. UNTABLE ensures that they provide adequate guarantees for implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the processing of your personal data complies with the regulation. Each of these service providers is contractually bound to UNTABLE to ensure the confidentiality and security of your information.

International Transfers:
Some of our technical service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or may host data there (e.g., in the United States). In such cases, UNTABLE ensures that adequate safeguards govern the data transfers. These safeguards may include adopting the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other measures in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that required within the EU. You can contact us (see Section 1) for more information about these protection measures.

5. User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have several rights regarding your personal data. UNTABLE is committed to respecting these rights and facilitating their exercise:

  • Right of Access: You have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal data is being processed by UNTABLE and to receive a copy, along with information about the processing purposes, the data categories, and the recipients of the data.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request the correction or update of your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete, ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date.
  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): In certain cases, you may request the deletion of your personal data, for example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent (where processing was based on consent). UNTABLE will delete your personal data within the limits allowed by law.
  • Right to Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data you provided to UNTABLE in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this data to another data controller if you wish. This right applies only to data you have provided, when the processing is based on your consent or a contract, and is carried out by automated means.
  • Right to Object: You may object at any time, for reasons related to your specific situation, to the processing of your personal data when the processing is based on UNTABLE's legitimate interest. You also have the right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing purposes. This means, for example, that you can object to receiving marketing communications from us.

To exercise any of these rights, you can contact us using the details in Section 1 of this policy (email or phone). Please specify the rights you wish to exercise and include a copy of a valid identity document to verify your identity. We will strive to respond to your request promptly, and in any case, within the one-month period specified by the GDPR (extendable by two months if necessary due to the complexity of the request). Exercising these rights is free of charge (except in cases of abuse, where reasonable fees may be charged according to the regulations).

Finally, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in France (the CNIL) if you believe the processing of your personal data infringes the applicable data protection regulations. However, we encourage you to contact us first to address your concerns.

6. Data Security

UNTABLE places the utmost importance on the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or illegal destruction. These measures include, among others:

  • Encryption of communications via the site (SSL/TLS certificate ensuring a secure "https://" connection),
  • Firewalls and server protection systems,
  • Strict access management procedures (access restricted to employees who need it),
  • Employee awareness of security and data protection best practices.

Despite all our efforts, no electronic transmission or storage system is 100% fail-safe. However, in the event of a personal data breach (whether accidental or unlawful) that may result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, UNTABLE commits to notifying you of this incident in the manner prescribed by the GDPR and taking all necessary measures to mitigate its effects.

7. Changes and Updates to the Policy

This privacy policy may be amended or updated to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or our services. In the event of substantial changes concerning the use of your personal data, we will notify you through appropriate means (e.g., a notice on the website). We encourage you to regularly review this page to stay informed about the latest version of our privacy policy.
